Hockey5s is a fast-paced and dynamic variation of hockey. Thanks to the high boards, the ball stays in play much longer. The International Hockey Federation (FIH) has embraced this new format, which is set to play a significant role in the sport of hockey.
FIH-approved H5s boarding systems
