Can I order without an account?
No, you must register yourself to order a product. During checkout you can create an account or log in to an existing account.
In what ways can I pay?
You can pay with PayPal and iDeal. The shipping costs are at your expense.
Where will you deliver my order?
We deliver the product to the address you specified when ordering. You can not change the address
once we have already sent the package.
Who will deliver my package?
SendCloud takes care of the distribution. When the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us, with which you can track the order.
When will my order arrive?
We do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after order confirmation.
I want to return the product?
You can always return the product within 14 days after you received it. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to email@example.com. After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days.
During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to
determine whether you want to keep the product.
When will I get the money back for a return?
Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days. The
costs for return shipping will be at your expense.
